James W. McCarthy entered eternal rest on Wednesday, August 14, 2024. Mr. McCarthy was the father of Jennifer (Michael) Freker.

Friends received on Saturday, August 17, from noon until 8 pm and Sunday, August 18, from noon until 5 pm at Laughlin Cremation & Funeral Tributes, 222 Washington Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15216.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, August 19, at 10:30 am at St. Paul of the Cross Parish, St. Anne Church, 400 Hoodridge Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15234.
